With browsers blocking pop-ups I still want capture and display the error in a label.
How can I do this.

Unfortunately it's currently only supported to display the error in an alert dialog.
However, this is a good suggestion and I'll investigate if this feature can be added in a future version.
Is there an update on when the "no popup" will be available?
Also, with these components how do I make them non-editable OR read-only with check on exit disabled?
