Trouble installing FNC UI on Lazarus

Trying to install FNC UI Pack V 2.3 on a Lazarus 64 bit 1.8.4 using Ubuntu 18.04. Looks like there are some issues with FNC Color Wheel :

LCLTMSFNCColorWheel.pas(43,13) Fatal: Cannot find Windows used by LCLTMSFNCColorWheel of package LCLTMSFNCUIPackPkg.

Should this file (and messages) be included if the installation base is Linux ?
