My application is based on TMS VCL UI Pack libraries in v. 10.4.0.0. And I want to know which versions are supported now and how long will be supported?

The life cycle of a product is one year starting on the day of purchase and independant of the version number. You can see how many days before expiry at the My Products page after login in with your credentials: https://tmssoftware.com/site/myaccount.asp
