I have the same problem.
According to Pieter, this is not necessary to test the TMSFNCMemo component.

Correct, the beta download link is faulty, this is being looked at. You can download the normal TMS FNC Core and install all products, then you can also download the TMS FNC UI Pack and install it on top.
