TMiletusMainMenu component - designtime broken

At designtime the width of the component in the designer = 0

Nothing serious, the component seems fully functional at runtime!

Hi,

We applied an improvement to make TMiletusMainMenu visible at designtime in a similar way as TElectronMainMenu. The next update will contain the changes.
