I looked at the template ui demo project and the webinar video to integrate html / css templates (the example with Creative Tim content)

Is there a way to avoid the copy of the html code to each and every new "slave" page ?
If I understand the concept, that would mean that when you add an option you have to upgrade all the pages

Couldn't we use a main page with a target area to display the dynamically created pages ?

You could create a main form that contains most of the HTML that is static and then load your other sub forms in a specific area of the main form like we demonstrate in the Form Hosting demo.
