TaskDialog raises exception under WebCore 2.0.5

Using the demo, or a component dropped on the form
C:\Users\Coder\AppData\Local\tmssoftware\registered\TMS WEB Core RSXE14\Demos\FNC\TaskDialog

An exception is uncaught in procedure TTMSFNCTaskDialogForm.DrawLines;

AGraphics.Stroke.Assign(FTaskDialog.Appearance.FDialogPanelStroke);
results in FTaskDialog is null

I think this was working in an earlier version, but now is broken.
