TAdvSmoothComboBox.Enabled property

Minor bug...

TAdvSmoothComboBox.Enabled property is not surfaced to published.

I use controls with a binding framework (not livebinding) that requires properties to be published, so am encountering an error on these controls. I can code a workaround for now so not urgent.

We have applied a fix for this issue, the next version will address this.

Just FYI, setting Enabled to false does not change the appearance, so refreshing the display to appropriate color scheme is necessary as well. (ps there seems to be a lack of 'disabled color' settings).
