TAdvMultiInputQueryDialog: String input edit + 2 radio buttons?

I need a text input and 2 radio-buttons.

But in the Object Inspector, the EditType drop-down menu does not have a radio-button choice.

Put the controls you need, i.e. edit control and radiobutton on a panel and set the panel as InputControl and InputType = itCustom
