TAdvMainMenu: Blank menus after remote session


We have an issue with our software where the dropdown menus from our TAdvMainMenu gets blank (all white) after the computer has been under remote session. Any ideas how to solve this?

I tried this with both RDP & TeamViewer but I cannot see an issue. 
How exactly can this be reproduced?

Honestly, we haven't been able to reproduce it ourselves, but customers have sent us screenshots. I believe they used RDC. I was just wondering if you had any ideas what the problem could be. I'll update the topic if/when I receive more information.

Have you suggested checking for possible video driver updates as we've encountered situations in the past where such paint problems were video driver related.
