TAdvEdit.LabelAlwaysEnabled on disabled TAdvGroupBox

If TAdvEdit is part of a TAdvGroupBox, it would be very nice, when the TAdvEdit.Label wouldn't disabled. It could also be a property of TAdvGroupBox.
