"SwaggerExclude" in automatic crud's.

We need to be able to configure per entity for the automatic cars which endpoints should be displayed in the swagger.

The suggestion is that this works with the same "SwaggerExclude" directive.

Currently in our tests for automatic cruds we are unable to exclude an endpoint from being published.
