TMS downloads currently have a non descriptive name and only contain a setup.exe
This could be better.

1: The .zip itself should include the version number. If i download 2 files, i can't find out what i downloaded a day or two later.
2: There could be a readme.txt inside the zip that tells what the version number is, and any recent changes.
3: The files should be as-is inside the zip, as the installer seems excessive - but i understand this is for copy protection.
