Smart Setup not showing latest VCL UI Pack

I note that v13.1.5.0 of TMS VCL UI Pack was released on 2nd July and is visible in TMS Subscription Manager but the latest version shown by TMS Smart Setup is still, as of 8th July, v13.1.4

Not sure what went wrong with the build. We'll look to have the latest build on Smart Setup.
