We purchased the TMS Intraweb Component Pack Pro. This is a VCL component. Can I use it for Intraweb development? Some VCL components arent compatible with IW Applications.

TAdvPanel is a VCL component and can as such only be used in VCL application. It will not work in an Intraweb application. It was not clear that you needed this for an IntraWeb application as this question wasn't asked in our IntraWeb forum groups.
