In the 2Sep24 2.6.0.0 beta the Project Options Web Designer setting appears to be ignored. E.g., setting it to False in a project and then opening that project when Web Designer = True in Tools Options causes the project to use the Web Designer anyway.
We'll check, but we will most likely take away the option to configure this from project level and only make it selectable at IDE level.
