Please, add sth like OnTopLineChange so that one can block scrolling past the end of a memo.
The OnScroll event would be also very useful.
OnActiveLineChange is of no avail for ActiveLine doesn't change when one is scrolling with the mouse wheel.
OnTopLeftChanged is the event triggered when scrolling
This feature will not be implemented.
