Hello,
While developing I have observed that if the (design) window is larger than the view then we have to scroll by dragging the scroll bars.
Instead a use should be able to scroll the window using Scroll Wheel.
It the user presses shift or control along with Scroll Wheel it should scroll horizontally otherwise it should scroll vertically.
