Does projects created with IDE Scripter(contains code and forms) can be executed on a FireMonkey App? I have a VCL App that executes IDE projects and looking to port it to FireMonkey.

If you use VCL forms, then it can't. Just like any regular Delphi VCL application. You can't do that, there are controls that are VCL only.
