Currently I am using the Office ribbon (TAdvToolBarForm) from my Component Pack but I like the FNC Ribbon look a lot. Do you believe that it will be easy to replace the TAdvToolBarPager with the new component?

There are no similarities between the 2 components. The TMS FNC Ribbon has been writen from scratch and introduces some new techniques, but if you are already familiar with the controls of the TMS FNC UI Pack, you should have no issues at all using the TMS FNC Ribbon
