Proxy error when downloading

Hi,

I tried to download the TMS Component pack small team license but I have an issue when using the setup: "Could not etablish a connection to....".
The problem comes from the proxy of my company but I must use the proxy; I don't have any other way to access Internet.

Is there any other solution to install the components ?

Hello,

I have similar problem. I need to autenticate with proxy to let it download the file correctly. At this moment the file is corrupted and installer shows: "Filesize incorrect. Restart Subscription Manager and retry"

How can I configure the proxy?

Please make sure your proxy is setup correct in Internet Explorer.
The installer uses wininet for http requests and thus, uses the setup for Internet Explorer.
