I'm looking for a solution for the problem found in item 7 of the site:
I tried a full new installation (windows 100% clean) there was no other installation of any software.
I had installed RAD studio 13.2 for the first time, and the components installed are FNC/WX/WEB using TMS smart setup.
I also tried to uninstall and reinstall, and search for others .blp and .dcu before reinstall web core, there was nothing.
I really don't wasn't able to discover the problem.
