Problems Installing Data Modeler and others.

I have got the TMS Business pack.


I could only manage to install Aurelius successfully.

Trying to install the Data Modeler, however when it lauches the licensing tool I get stuck: all the information I place there is not correct. I  have not idea which information is wrong. I am using the same email and password from my web account at TMS there. 

What is wrong? (not sure where to ask this questions)

PLEASE, I  have asked before with Wagner and He corrected my name, but still wrong. It is "EDUARDO ELIAS" not "EDUARDO ALIAS"

The license key for Data Modeler isn't the same password from your web account - it should be a big block of text that you get in a separate e-mail.
