Is it possible, when printing a diagram to the printer to include a header showing the name of the project, date, etc.

Unfortunately this not yet possible. The only workaround would be exporting the diagram to a bitmap or something and printing it yourself, drawing the header manually.

well, not exactly, You can assume that it's something we might include in a future release, but I can't assure you it will be included for sure, and if it does, how long it will take.
