Open existing PDF + add attachment to save PDF as PDF/A3

Hi
I would like to know if among TMS components there is one enabling

  1. Load an existing PDF file
  2. add an attachment (stream) to PDF
  3. save PDF document as PDF/A3

I saw, 2 and 3 exists in FlexCel PDF exporter but I didn't see a global PDF component enabling it starting by loading file

Unfortunately we don't have such component. We have a PDF generator but it's not possible to load / manipulate existing documents.
