Never build package requires always build package

Hi. I have installed the library and can compile and use it fine as long as the build target is an .EXE file.

If I try to include the library in a BPL for our system, I get:

[dcc32 Error] E2466 Never-build package '.intelligoSys' requires always-build package 'TMSCryptoPkgDXE12'

The dcus, dcps and bpl for the library seem to be in the correct folders, but I cannot resolve this.

Can you help?

I don’t know if this is still an issue, but the BPL file for the library is in the Bpl directory of C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\’version’\, where the latest version is ‘37.0’.
