Please can you update the version of SkiaSharp that FlexCel uses to v1.68.0. There is a known bug in the version v1.60.0 where the runtime folders needed for Windows OS were not being published. Has been implemented internally already. Next FlexCel version will link against SkiaSharp 1.68.
