After I renewd 2 of my products and received 2 Emails directing me to Tms site, my "products" link does not respond to any click!! Please I need to downlosd the renewd component. What to do???
Did you log off and logged in again with the new registration code they might have sent you after renewing ? Maybe that's it. If not, must be something they have to update with your new subscription expiring date.
