Is it possible to use mentioned component ? We didn't fined any examples.
Can we use it in web core ?

We have at this moment not yet a Pascal wrapper class for this particular jqxChart component.
So, at this moment, you'd need to use it by directly calling JavaScript functions to setup the chart.
