IWMultiColumnComboBox DropDownImage

Hi,

 
I want to use the DropDownImageURL property of the Multi Column Combo Box.
The height of the combo box is 22 pixels.
If I supply an image 16 x 16 pixels in size, it aligns with the top of the combo box and leaves blank space below.
If I supply animage 22 x 22 pixels in size, the top and the bottom of the image are offset above the top and bottom of the combo box.
It appears the image is not centered on the centre of the combo box.
Is there a way to control the positioning of the Drop down image so it aligns with the combo box?
