IWADVRadioGroup ItemIndex

I have a IWADVRadioGroup and IWAdvToolButton on a iwframe.  

 
I select a value in the RG other than the initial one.
On the asyncclick event of the button, I retrieve the value of the itemindex but get an incorrect value, its always the initial value?
 
Interestingly, when I go to another form and then back again the itemindex is then updated.
 
Inlight of this I tried to setfocus off the RG before retrieving the itemindex but without sucess.
 
Any idea please

The issue is related to the underlying IntraWeb radiobutton's async postback and we have not yet been able to workout a solution with Atozed for this issue. It remains on the todolist to investigate a solution.
