Am having errors installing vcl grid excel bridge. Error I am getting:

We haven't seen this error before: It seems there is a corruption in the uninstall files. More in concrete, there is some empty .json file at C:\tms\.tmsbuild\build\uninstall
Can you try removing the C:\tms\.tmsbuild folder, then doing a tms build ?
If you want, before removing the folder, I would be curious if any of the files at C:\tms\.tmsbuild\build\uninstall has 0 bytes, and so it could be causing this. Or if you can post the .json files in that folder I can look to see what went wrong to prevent it from happening again.
Did not see a file with 0 bytes, however this is the uninstall folder

That's strange, I don't see any malformed json files there. Did removing the .tmssetup folder fix the issue?
I now have too many errors using tms build.

You are getting errors like:
Write error on '.\Win64\Debug\advoutlooklist.dcu'
Could it be that the disk is full?
If not, maybe it has some bad sectors? Can you try doing a chkdsk c: ?
I deleted everything and reinstalled smartsetup. That resolved everything
