Is gdiplus.dll still needed?

Hi!

Just wondering? is this file needed nowadays? I'm including it in my installer since 2007!

But, is it really needed?

Depends on the operating systems you target, but iirc, this is default already part of the Windows operating system since at least Windows Vista. So, unless you still target very old Windows versions, this is not needed.
