Installing TMSFNCCoreWEB in Visual Studio Code

According to the installation instructions I have to:
'Browse to the TMS FNC Core folder and open it inside Visual Studio Code'
'In the project manager, select TMSFNCCoreWEB.dproj, right-click and select "Install"'

However, in the context menu there is on option 'Install'.

You need to right-click in the project manager.

I see, but as it looks like I don't have a project manager installed.

Click on View -> Open View, and select Project Manager from the dropdown
