Installation problem in Win 8

I have  a problem with installing tms components on Win 8. 

I use two profiles on win 8. 
One admin 
Second standard user
TMS installer pushed its installation into admin profile which I do not use. 
Then,  XE 6 did not recognize a library. 

Any thoughts what I should do ?

You will have to install the components on the second standard user account with administrator privileges. The installer does not install for multiple users.
