Incorrect registration email and code

Hi was using TMS Subscription Manager to update TMS Business Core and after uninstalling my current version, installer ask for confirmation of email and registration code, after confirm am error message "Incorrect registration email and code" its show.
Please help I can't use now none of the products from my active TMS Subscription

There was an issue with the installer. We have fixed it by now. Please download the updated installer, it should now work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
