How can I make the shown image in the TTIWAdvImage to not lost it's aspect-ratio ?

Unfortunately it's currently not supported to make the TIWAdvImage maintain the aspect ratio of an image.
You'll have to manually assign the correct width and height property values based on the picture size.
However, this is a good suggestion and we'll consider adding this functionality in a future version.
