How to keep two different version of VCL UI Pack

Hello Dear TMS Users,

Has anyone experienced this situation or found a good workaround?

I’m planning to upgrade to the latest TMS VCL Components.
My production codebase currently uses TMS VCL 9.2.3.1, and I really don’t want to modify a single line of that code.

My questions are:

  • Will upgrading to the newest TMS VCL version break my existing setup?

  • Can I keep TMS VCL 9.2.3.1 installed for Delphi 10.2, and at the same time use the latest TMS VCL version in Delphi 13.1?

Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.

When you use TMS Smart Setup for installing TMS VCL UI Pack, you can select what Delphi version to install TMS VCL UI Pack for. So, I suggest to select to install with TMS Smart Setup only for Delphi 13.1 and to leave Delphi 10.2 as-is.
