Is it possible to set format for each cell individually and stored it when saving grid to bin file?

Unfortunately, individual cell formatting can at this time not be stored within the grid's bin file format.
Are you planning to add this functionality in the near future

This specific request is not yet on the planning. It is not trivial to do as it would break the bin file format.
