FNCGrid in WebCore - very slow

I've created a simple grid test using FNCGrid and WebCore. Selection mode is smCellRange. Selecting a range of cells is so slow as to be completely unusable - I can't even use it for a proof-of-concept demo. I had a look at the online demo and that is also very slow when selecting a range of rows. Even clicking between cells has a noticeable lag. Is there any way to speed this up?

I retested our demo here but I could not notice any speed issue.

What browser do you use?

Ah - I should have checked that Chrome and Edge are fine, Firefox (which I've been using) is a disaster. My test app is also fine on Chrome/Edge.
