Following the installation instructions, I don't see the "Install" option when I right click on TMSFNCCoreWEB.dproj. See pic.
Please open the folder directly where the TMS FNC Core source is located.
Then you should see in the file explorer the "Project Manager" section and from this "Project Manager" section, pick the TMSFNCWebCore.dproj file and select "Install" from the context menu:
