Similar to the TRTTIInspectorbar but able to work with any UI system (as do all FNC controls). This component should display and allow to be edited an optionally filtered list of properties of the chosen object. Must be able to handle collections using floating forms that are created by pressing ellipse button in the inspector's collection property row. Selecting an item in the launched form should change the focus of the object inspector to the selected item. Closing the popped up form should revert focus back to the parent object that launched that form.
