i develop a small application with only a map (google map or Open Layers)
which runs perfect on my PC and also client personal PC,
but at the client's company PC which is probably behind a firewall
the TMSFNCMaps shows a white color and no map.
What should i ask the client to unlock at the firewall to have the map show correctly ?

Hi,
You should have the option to add an application to the firewall to allow outgoing and incoming connections. If you add the path to the executable of your application you should be good to go.

my client uses proxy.
Does the component that displays the map loads the map via proxy ?
Does it take the configuration from the default web browser ?

The map does not use a proxy. It loads the scripts directly from the servers of the service you have selected. I guess, you can simply try it out and see what happens.
