Is there a method to locate a workflow based on a column or columns presented in the workflow list?

You can only search by the first two columns (Workflow instance key, or workflow definition name, respectively).

You will have to copy/paste the internal workflow code/forms and change it yourself, unfortunately. The unit is fTaskList.pas (but it also uses other Workflow units and frames).
