Facebook Error

A customer is getting this message when trying to connect to Facebook. Project is Delphi XE6 with 2.6.2 of Cloudpack.

It looks like this is a malformed access token.

How do you persist access tokens? How was it obtained / retrieved? Do you have details to reproduce this?

I use INI.

We have an application INI, which is not used in this situation, and an INI file for each different Data file. Each Data File may use a different Twitter or Facebook account.

I have not been able to reproduce it at this time, either.

Fedback from our customer. The issue appears to have been caused by their settings in Internet Explorer. Here's their feedback for others to note.

"Okay, so logged in and logged out of Facebook in Internet Explorer, no luck... but I did have an issue getting to Facebook through Internet Explorer. We never use Internet Explorer here, its always Mozzila or Google Chrome...

In order to get to Facebook in IE I had to go into Internet Options...

Advanced...

Security...

And double check the SSL and TLS use...

The TLS was unchecked...

Once I checked it, access to Facebook worked through IE, and now we are able to upload onto League Secretary again! Had to do with Facebook being an https:// website.

I think we are all good now!"
