The documentation are contains the example how it is possible to show EXCEL file.

But it is for "FLEXCEL iOS".

Do we have a way to show the EXCEL file in .NET Windows (I want to show it in my Windows Forma plugin)?

Hi,

Yes, there is a .NET Winforms previewer. The document you quoted is an iOS tutorial, so it focuses on iOS. 
But please take a look at the Demo\Modules\25.Printing and Exporting\20.CustomPreview for a fully working previewer example in WinForms.
