But when Asigning My WebDBGrid it says
The assigned control is not a TWebStringGrid OR a TWebTableControl

I tried to typecast but that also did not work

We've seen this and you're correct about this.
We applied an improvement so this exception will no longer be raised when a TWebDBGrid is assigned.
The next update will address this.
