Error on compiling TMS FNC Core manually

When I compile TMSFNCCorePkgDEDXE15.proj manually, the following Error occurs:

TMSFNCCorePkgDEDXE15_Error|690x133

What can I do?

We couldn't see any issues with the package here, why do you need to compile the packages manually?

I have the same error. In .../tmssoftware/registered/ TMS FNC Core/:

This file exists: TMSFNCCorePkgDEDXE15.dproj

This file does NOT exist: FMX.TMSFNCCorePkgDEDXE15.dproj
