Error on compile

I am getting this error consistently: The system cannot find message text for message number 0x%1 in the message file for %2
[C:\AppDev\Delphi\Components\TMSSoftware\Installs\TMS WEB Core RSXE13\Bin\Win32\TMSWebRunner.exe]

Any ideas people

  1. Is this with the latest version 2.0.4.0?
  2. When you installed the latest version, did you first properly & fully uninstall the previous version, i.e. via an uninstall from the Windows Control Panel while the IDE is closed?

Yes, I did. I am beginning to suspect the Windows 11 22H2 update might be the cause.
