Empty row on delete record with canc keyb

TMS Component Pack 8.2.0.0

as subject described if i delete a record in a dataset with keyb key 'CANC or DEL' an empty row appear on the bottom of grid ... i think is a refresh problem. 

Can u help me ?

I have retested this here but cannot reproduce such issue.
Can you reproduce this with the ADOEditing demo for example? Or another demo?
Can you test this with our latest version v8.2.3.0?
